I've never had such a thorough, new client consultation (& virtual might I add). Lauren knew exactly what to expect re: my hair upon my arrval. I had a super professional 1st experience, & am really looking forward to getting my natural hair back into health. I simply cannot do my own hair, & having gone through this initial year+ during the pandemic has made my hair even worse. I'm feeling good she'll increase the porosity level & bring the much needed consistent moisture back to it. :-)
